The SS Lincon was iron steamship en-route from Cardiff to Plymouth with a cargo of coal when she sank after striking the Runnel Stone in thick fog in 1886.
Captain Ellis and her crew were all saved and landed in Penzance.
Today she is in 20M of water and scattered as she has been heavily salvaged over the years making her difficult to find. Her main anchor can still be seen at her bows.
